Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of enrollment for participants who choose not to complete the program. No refunds will be issued to participants who have completed the program and accessed their Certificate of Completion.

No refunds will be provided after 30 days from the date of enrollment.
After the 30-day period, the program may be transferred to a new participant only if the original participant has not completed the program or accessed their Certificate of Completion.

Please note: Provider transfers can only be made within the original 2-year enrollment window. Once the 2-year period has expired, a one-year classroom extension must be purchased before a provider can be reactivated. A one-year classroom extension is available for $99 per provider by purchasing the program again using the discount code "oneyear".

Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and can only be refunded if requested within three days of the enrollment date.

There are no refunds for the $99 NRCME Exam Reference Materials.
